P99.net.pk aims to provide clear, useful and current information. This policy explains how we check facts, choose sources and keep published pages updated.
Our Accuracy Standard
Information should be understandable and supported by a reliable source. We do not publish a claim only because it appears on several websites.
Before adding an important detail, we try to answer three questions:
- Where did this information come from?
- Is the source connected to the topic?
- Is the information still current?
If a detail cannot be checked properly, we may leave it out or clearly explain that it has not been confirmed.
Sources We Prefer
We give priority to sources that are close to the original information.
These may include:
- Official app pages
- Current app-store listings
- Developer information
- On-screen app notices
- Published support pages
- Device manufacturer instructions
- Android and iOS documentation
- Direct testing on a supported device
Third-party websites may help us discover a topic, but we do not treat every outside claim as a confirmed fact.
Comparing Information
One source may show a different app version, file size or update date from another source. This can happen when pages are not updated at the same time.
When details are different, we compare:
- Publication date
- Update date
- Developer name
- Package information
- Current screenshots
- Device requirements
- App-store information
We use the detail supported by the clearest and most recent source. If the difference cannot be explained, we avoid showing an exact figure.
Information That Changes Often
Some details can become outdated faster than others. These areas receive closer attention:
- App version
- File size
- Download location
- Supported Android version
- Menu names
- Button positions
- Account options
- Contact channels
- Screenshots
- Available features
We avoid presenting a changing detail as permanent. Words such as “currently” or “at the time of review” may be used when needed.
Page Review Schedule
Not every page requires the same review schedule.
Important app guides may be checked more often because their instructions can change after an update. General information pages may be reviewed when the website process changes.
A review does not always result in a visible edit. If the information is still correct, the page may remain unchanged.
We do not change the date only to make a page appear fresh.
What Triggers an Update?
A page may be reviewed when:
- A new app version is released
- The layout changes
- A menu or button moves
- A feature is added or removed
- A linked page stops working
- Device requirements change
- New official information becomes available
- Current instructions no longer match the app
- A major operating-system update affects the process
We review the affected section instead of changing unrelated parts of the page.
Published and Updated Dates
A page may show two different dates:
Published date: The day the page first appeared on P99.net.pk.
Updated date: The day an important content change was published.
Small spelling, spacing or design changes may not receive a new update date. A new date is normally used when the facts, instructions or main explanation change.
App Version Information
A version number helps readers identify a particular app release. However, a version may not reach every device at the same time.
When we mention a version, we try to include the source and review date. We do not create a version number or use an unconfirmed figure simply because it looks recent.
If several versions are available, we may explain the difference rather than listing only one as the correct choice.
File Size Information
App size can differ according to the device, delivery method and version. A store download may also show a different size from a direct Android file.
For this reason, file sizes are treated as approximate unless an exact figure is confirmed for a specific file.
We remove an old size when it may mislead readers about the current download.
Screenshots and Images
Screenshots help readers understand an app interface. We aim to use images that match the related instructions.
An older screenshot may remain useful when the process has not changed. If buttons or menus move, we may replace the image or add a note explaining the difference.
Images should not be edited in a way that changes important interface details.
Testing Instructions
When possible, we review instructions in the same order a beginner would follow them.
We check whether:
- The steps are in the correct order
- Button names match the screen
- Device-specific instructions are separated
- Important warnings appear before the related action
- The guide can be followed without missing information
A process may look different across phone brands. We mention these differences when they affect the user’s next step.
Writing With Clear Limits
We separate confirmed facts from general guidance.
A confirmed fact is based on a suitable source or direct observation. General guidance explains a common process that may vary by device.
We avoid words that suggest certainty when the result depends on a phone, network, account or app version.
Removing Old Content
Outdated information is not kept only to maintain article length.
A section may be:
- Updated with current details
- Shortened to remove old steps
- Replaced with a clearer explanation
- Moved to a more suitable guide
- Removed when it is no longer useful
If a complete page has no current value, it may be removed or redirected to a newer resource.
Use of Automated Tools
Automated tools may help with spelling, formatting or finding broken links. They do not make the final decision about factual accuracy.
Important content should be reviewed by a person before publication. A tool-generated statement is not treated as confirmed information without checking it.
Our Commitment
P99.net.pk works to keep information accurate, current and easy to understand. We prefer a short confirmed explanation over a long page filled with uncertain details.
This policy helps us maintain a consistent process for researching, reviewing and updating our content.
